The car is up in Ohio,I live in Florida and would have the car shipped.I called one shipper who wants$835.00 or $799.00 paid with cashiers check to ship from Cleveland Oh.to where I live in Gainesville Fl.This cost include s shipping ins.I have never had a car shipped before.Does this price seem reasonable or should I shop around? ThankYou ahead of time for any help with this.

Are you okay with a maintenance risk of $3000 on it in the first 3 years?
20 year old hybrids are bought by tinkerers, collectors and enthusiasts, who don't care about the money involved because they're fixing it themselves, creating workarounds or are independently wealthy and don't care about the money.
If you're considering it for the economics and don't meet one of the criteria above, it's almost certainly a financial mistake.
