82 light bulbs later I now have all LED light bulbs. Went from about 4900W to about 10% of that for all of them. Also, got 0.5 gpm aerators for the bathrooms, threw a 1.5gpm shower head in the guest room, a cut off valve in my shower, and got another nest thermostat. Total spent: $240 so far.
Big shoutout to used electronics on ebay and open box items on amazon.
Next: weed sheets, lava rock, and weed and feed before rainy season starts in February.
