I wonder if the lug pattern is the same for Honda and GM? I recently swapped the spare in my wife's Fit for an extra Insight spare I had in the basement, which was an easy 10lb savings. If you can find one in a junkyard it could be worthwhile, as they're fully alloy and featherweight.
