It all depends on circumstances; effectively how conductive your body is. Be extra careful when it's warm and you're sweating. DC is extra dangerous as it directs the ions in our cells one way while AC directs them back and forth.
Regardless of voltage, I am always extremely careful whenever dealing with some electrical equipment.
