Among my most frequent complaints is lack of transparency for upload rates for internet packages. I challenge anyone to show me a webpage I can go to that declares the upload speed for a given package...

Half the reason I chose the "250 mbps" package from my cable provider was it's the lowest tier service that doubled the standard 5 mbps upload to 10. The other half of the reason is it gave me 500 GB / mo rather than a paltry 300. I can exceed 500 GB in a month. Practically none of my reason was for 250 download, cause I'd hardly notice any difference from 50. There's no amount of streaming in 4k I could do to exceed 50 mbps, and who cares if downloads take a few seconds longer.
