I've often thought that a good car setup for our family would be two cars, a NEV and an ICEV. Either that or just one vehicle that's a plug-in hybrid.
Since we live in a small town that's just a few miles from end to end, and when we need to go out of town it's usually somewhere between 70 to 200 miles with an ocasional 600 mile or more trip.
I used to be on top of the news about Zenn Cars and the EEstore and their EESU. Sad that all turned out to be a hoax.
