Yes, that is the cargo area rounded up. The cargo area is 154" x 69". Of course that assumes it is a box which it isn't, there are lots of protrusions taking up space a van and the walls aren't vertical.

Our current van has a swivel passenger seat which works well. The driver seat doesn't have enough travel to swivel more than about 90 degrees due to the steering wheel.

My smallest real apartment was about 300 sq ft. Dorm rooms at the university were less than 1/2 that size but they aren't real apartments. No bathroom, no kitchen.
