The Bolt is going new for low to mid 20s right now (manufacturer and Costco discounts), and Oregon buyers could get up to $5k in rebates. Used '17 examples are going for $14k and could be $11.5k after Oregon rebate. Prices might be even lower when the stop-sale lifts.

If I can get into a '17 Bolt for under $10k, it's a no-brainer for me.
