The cheapest ones on CarGuru

I'm not sure if they are ignoring the stop-sale, or are allowing sales but not deliveries.

There are some suckers on the Bolt forum that bought the car in December at December pricing with the understanding that they can't take delivery until the stop-sale is lifted. Who pre-pays for a depreciating asset with no delivery date? It's like those who pay for Tesla "Full self drive" upfront when the technology doesn't exist, and is certain to be cheaper in the future.

Anyhow, I've been tracking inventory on CarGurus for Oregon since November. At that time there were 125 available, and today there are 29. Inventory is 25% of what it was prior to the stop-sale and prices have risen since Jan. It can be 2 weeks or more for a new listing to appear.

There's a Google sheet tracking owners who have completed buybacks with Chevy. It's up to nearly 300 so far.
