It will be interesting to see who has federal tax credits left in 2023. VW should still have some as they had only used 18K credits as of June 2020. (The latest numbers I found)

Telsa and GM are out and Nissan and Toyota are close be being out. I wouldn't be surprised if they start phasing out credits in 2022. Ford isn't far behind.

Toyota and Ford wasted most of their credits on PHEVs with small batteries and partial credits.
