I'd be interested to see your tank numbers. Is your speedometer accurate? If you get into tuning, be aware that an Ultragauge won't be anywhere near accurate because it doesn't take changes to AFR into account.
Even with evap in place, it all averages out in the end. All of it ends up burnt, even if one tank might read a little high and the next a bit low.
