I have never seen any thing that Chavez has done as anything but reactionary to the Bush administration, and the majority of the press about Chavez as simply Bush Propaganda.
IMHO the majority of his doings have bettered the lives of the majority in Venezuela; is he perfect, No, could he be a much better leader than ours? Maybe.
