I finally pulled off the Gorilla Tape:

I sprayed at least a cup of L.A.'s Totally Awesome Cleaner

I managed to hose off some, but not all of the dirt.

When I looked up how to remove Gorilla Tape I only found how to remove the residue.

Hopefully it is easy.
