My wife enthusiastically told me that Kate Brown is instituting a lottery for all vaccinated individuals to enter a chance to win a million dollars. I’d rather just keep the money I have. To be sure, I’d accept a million bucks that floated my way by no great effort of my own, but I wouldn’t appreciate it. I fully expect my first million to come by effort, not luck. If interviewed by the news I’d tell everyone they are dumb to give me a million, because it was coming my way anyhow, and whoever came up with the dumb scheme is the leader of dumbness.
