That's cool, but that is just the rod from the shift boot into the bell housing. The shifter linkage might be different. It was a rod like the 1992-2000 Civics, but was it of the same length and other specs? In these pics (admittedly just taken from eBay), they look very similar but not identical, especially on the end connecting to the rest of the shift parts on the transmission end. There seems to be a different fitting to connect the linkage to the hydraulic 1992-00 system.
