With my underpowered civic,
I originally tried the slow route,
holding up traffic the climbing hills.
The results were good, but not as good as when I found that at 60 to 65 the results were better.
At the higher speeds, I can coast or DWL better at the higher speeds as I go over the 20% of my commute on some slow rolling hills.
The tall hills still get me back to DWL at lower speeds but once at the top it's better with higher speeds.
The only guess I can come up with is the anemic engine really has to work to get going but once it rolls the aero is quite good.
