No.
People can be indicted, tried, convicted, penalized, and incarcerated in the United States for doing what Julian Edgar has been doing.
As an ally of the United Dates, Australia may share state department extradition agreements involving resolution for injury across international borders. We do have a US Embassy in Australia.
I'd rather not put it to the test. It's up to Julian Edgar to decide.
