The bars were pretty weird on the original shots. Removing them makes a big difference on the flipped version.
A lot of work went into that house. Reading the Zillow posting it has all new electrical, plumbing, floors, drywall, and a new roof. I bet they gutted the house interior to the studs and started over.
It looks nice. I wouldn't pay $215K for it but I bet they have a lot of room to drop the price and still make money. I doubt they have more than $100K to $120K into it.
