Factory stuff should be made my robots. The few things not done by robots should have things like laser guidance to speed the process and improve accuracy.

I'm surprised site-built homes are still built the same way as ever; like a custom build where everything has to be measured and cut and assembled rather than some more automated process.

There needs to be a lot more automation in building construction.
