Coroplast is available in "fine flute" with narrower corrugations, as well as from an extruder one size larger than the common type. The factory does special runs of different thicknesses from a given extruder, too. With care, it can be vacuum-formed. However, for most purposes, if the available stock is not strong enough with the corrugations in the best direction, it is easiest to add some ribs or a second layer.
