Verticalscope pestered us for years to sell them the forum, and maybe we should have! (The site makes a small amount of income from ads, most of which are hidden from members.)
I'll admit the home page is an issue I've been avoiding for years. (Most of the non-vBulletin coding was/is done by me, not Tim.)
But that's because I operate on the assumption that nobody really looks at the home page. The fact is, the vast majority of non-members who arrive on the forum get here from search engines, so they land on thread pages.
