I don't know how accurate it is or what the flow ranges are, I couldn't find any published specs on it. However, from what I've read, they work well if the flow sensor is properly placed. Since you also have to calibrate the unit to your car as far as mileage and fuel capacity, it'd be sensitive to how accurate you were in the calibration. I'm thinking that using a GPS to set up the mileage would make it pretty accurate.
