Two houses 2 doors apart hit the market 31 minutes apart!

This is slightly smaller and they are asking $10,000 less: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...61799602_zpid/
The first ad says it is a community care facility and is rented out through next May. The second asks for a 60-day escrow out of kindness for the tenants. Both have dozens of pictures and a 3D tour.
The seller acts like houses are still selling the same day and makes all kinds of demands.
