I don't know if the W Owens St houses are owned by the same weirdo, but it seems likely. They are posted by the same realtor working for the same agency and have the same bizarre demands.

The house on Sandstone was posted by a different realtor working for a different agency and doesn't have any weird demands, just the as-is disclaimer.

I am still waiting to post the pictures because my computer is acting horribly slow, despite just rebooting before seeing my last clients.
