Very interesting that you asked when you did. That's about the time I finished up working on TANK the fifth.

Not quite as large and low as Big Dave's, but its a trial in progress.
The quick ties cost less than $5.00 and the rubber belt material was a leftover piece from a round bailer at a farm implement place. After I explained my experiment to the parts guy, he said I could have it
FOR FREE, so long as I kept him informed on results.
The belt is 11" wide and really smoothed out the front bumper. I forgot to take a before picture
, but google images will give you a good reference to go by. The bumper has 2 tow hook openings and a big flat license plate area. No support behind belt, will probably add something later...any suggestions???????
And no, I haven't road tested it yet, and yes I will post any results I find.
