Yes, it is always important to know the political bend of a news source.

A conservative paper is going to show polls where Newsom is recalled and a liberal paper is likely to show polls where he survives*. I find it better just to go to site that keeps track of all the polls and links them so you investigate further. Something like: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com...ll/california/


* This one of the reasons why I read the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. There opinion columns will have completely opposite views on just about any topic
