If you have your pictures in a common area, you can upload them using the "Go advanced" posting process down on the bottom of the post box. Waybdown on that page is box(es) for attaching files or pictures. It will ask you where the picture is located and on my android, I just highlight the picture I want to include. The forum software then uploads the picture, but doesn't allow editing so sometimes it's sideways or upside down
