I guess so. Stock wheel sizes are on my Sportwagen are 16 to 18 inch. I had 15" snow tires from my Prius but 15 inch wheels don't clear the front brakes. I ended up with new 16 inch wheel / snow tire package for the TDI

Yes they are. When I was shopping for tries on my Astro I was looking at BFG Advantage L/T. They have 1 option for a 15 inch wheel - 235/75R15. They have 9 tires for 16 inch wheels, 8 tires for 17 inch wheels, and lots more all the way up to 22 inches.
