I'm sure 17" wheels are the smallest that will fit. You can't even get 16" wheels on the legacy Dodge Grand Caravans made after about 2017 because the front rotors got so big. I doubt something with over 1500 pounds of payload rating would get smaller brakes than a 5 year old minivan.
You think 15" LT tires are hard to find, the post office is running 200,000 trucks on 14" tires that require an LT load rating. So there are 2 tires available and the winter rated one is over $300 each. They rarely last a year in our use.
