LED streetlights are killing 10% of moths in England

Well, it is actually 50% I don't have any idea why The Guardian used "Decimate." Don't Brits know what words mean?!

So, LED streetlights halve moths.

I am supposed to care about moths now? I never liked them before!

Of course, LED lights are more energy efficient than the old sodium lights, which reduced moth population by 40%.

The problem is the lights are bluer. Wait. LEDs can be any color and, as I understand it, colors outside of the visible spectrum.

So get LEDs with warmer colors!

They said there are blue light filters and then resumed claiming that LEDs were dangerous for moths.

Why didn't they just install blue light filters instead of complaining to us first?

They also said that female glowworms take 15 times as long to find a mate with streetlights.

You and me both, female glowworms.

Is crime good for female glowworms? What about car accidents? Streetlights should reduce both!

I feel like this article was the equivalent of saying "Maggots are down 20% since we cracked down on murder!"

Oh boy! My brother just asked to go to Sonic! Mom isn't up and I have a client in 16 minutes! Got to go!
