Building a stump grinder

I make a lot of stumps. I want to get rid of them quickly with out any other energetic materials besides gasoline.
I was able to get a Honda gx390 11hp motor from the local tractor auction for $200, it's a $700 motor new, for recoil, no-electric start, no magneto.
Figured I can use it on the stump grinder or leaf pusher.
On youtube 5hp stump grinders look tragically slow, so I'm sticking with the 11hp.
Oh and did you know the harbor freight horizontal 22hp v-twin motor is now $900?
(I'll make it upgradeable to the 22hp if I start using the stump grinder to turn stumps into cash, because then time is money)
