Yeah, my dad wasn't very active before. He'll be even less so now.
He's still in hospital. Another week and a half to independence, the physio/rehab people figure.
He is JUST getting to the point where he's able to get out of bed and stand up from a seated position to a walker, unassisted. Borderline.
That reminds me I didn't do my exercise routine this morning.
