The paper and concept is interesting - the Youtube video is horrible. Just some guy droning on in a slow monotonous voice were zero benefit is gained by the video format (the whole point of a video is to show visual images that add to the discussion). He didn't even bother to frame the chart so it can be read by his audience.
Instead of wasting 15 minutes of one's life on that video, the entire concept can be read here in about 2 - 3 minutes.
