1) perhaps you misread my quotation, where I expressly explained that I had NOT yet watched the video.
2) as I said, in the video title, there's no mention of 'climate change.'
3) the IPCC is fully aware that the Sun has nothing to do with climate change, other than it's contribution, as initially and continually factored into the general circulation models.
4) 'major climate cycles' has nothing to do with Earth since 1840.
