You still haven't explained why everything is going through your insurance rather than the at fault insurance.
Why are you spending time and money to expedite the process when you said you've got other vehicles you could be driving? It also sounds like your Camry is perfectly drivable.
I'd just keep putting miles on it until the at fault insurance decided to total it. Then hopefully they give you a good price on buying it back.
