Fact has a dependency on truth. Just because truth seeking is difficult is not evidence of its non-existence; the statement of which requires the assumption that there is truth. It's a self-defeating proclamation; "there is no truth; and that's the truth".

If truth is non-existent, than all action is equally justifiable, which is why chaos based ideologies such as communism are doomed to failure.

I do not fear untruth because it's "unsustainable"; I only grieve the needless suffering by millions when iterations of the same failed ideology are experimented with. Some tests do not require repeating and have little added value except to be yet another confirmation of the potential for unimaginable suffering it causes.
