That's a Marcopolo Invel, one of those odd Brazilian vehicles from the '80s when imports were severely restricted. Basically it's a coachbuilt Kombi, often with its air-cooled engine replaced by an EA827 in order to cope better with the increased weight and aerodynamic burden. Most of them have been converted into a motorhome, such as that one.
