1. These engines get some fuel for priming into the intake manifold, but the crankcase
2. Aircraft piston engines typicly don't run on kerosenen (jet A-1) but gasoiline (AvGas/MoGas)
3. This isn't specific to any cylinder configuration
4. With radials you have to rotate the engine at least once before starting in order to ensure you don't hydrolock it
