Yep, that's a problem with inboard and tandem seating, the how to get to the middle without bumping your head or having to climb over something. GT40 style door/roof and gull-wing doors serve a purpose and are not just for show.
Soon I will be looking for sliding and rotating seat examples so one does not have to hobble in like a circus act (
aka McLaren F1 style).
Also considering hinging the removable targa top on my design so that it flips/folds out of the way once door operation activates it. Could be simple or complex, the older I get the more I want things idiot proof though.
About that designers website, I'm surprised (
and envious) how many of the designs got off paper and were built. Not pedestrian friendly that particular effort, but has great shock and wow factor.

I suppose some may look at a motorcycle or Can-Am and say "no-way-man", yet those are ridden cross country by a few hardy souls.
For me small isn't the issue, it's being able to make small adjustments to keep the blood flowing.
I still remember that reporter that rode in a cramped armored vehicle during the attack on Iraq, basically he died because he was stuck in limiting position for too long.

He had been on assignment in Iraq for several weeks when a blood clot in his leg (known as deep vein thrombosis or DVT) traveled to an artery in his lungs, causing a fatal pulmonary embolism.[7] "The clot in Bloom's leg was likely brought on by spending long days and nights cramped inside armored vehicles. One night he called Melanie from a satellite phone in the middle of the night, exposing himself to hostile fire just to get a few minutes outside of an armored tank because his legs had been cramping up."[8]

Did you guys know about the lower Can-Am Ryker?

I recall sitting on one of the early Can-Am's in a showroom, felt like I was sitting on top of a mountain, the Ryker certainly looks sportier.
