Walter Korff comes to the rescue! He actually tested this sort of thing, and enclosing the cockpit drops the car to in the neighborhood of Cd 0.20.
Boat-tailing, with non-knife-edge trailing surfaces yields Cd 0.16.
EX-181, and it's attention to knife-edges and wheel drag gives us the glimpse at Cd 0.12.
