Imagine what it might be without that steel tube roll cage. Maybe a 1/2" thick polycarbonate bubble?

Walter Korff comes to the rescue! He actually tested this sort of thing, and enclosing the cockpit drops the car to in the neighborhood of Cd 0.20.
Boat-tailing, with non-knife-edge trailing surfaces yields Cd 0.16.
EX-181, and it's attention to knife-edges and wheel drag gives us the glimpse at Cd 0.12.
