If you know the date of the incident, the NTSB has a query function, BUT , your attachments have the bulk of the findings displayed and some i haven't seen before. However i am unsure if rudder was enough to dutch roll since the system wasn't interconnected. Right pedal only activated the right rudder outwards for yaw, ditto for left going only outwards. Airbrakes used both pedals like toebrakes. Torque trim could account for the hands off roll however as well as bumping the side stick on the arm rest.

He did have sufficient fuel in the other tank to return to dirtside. But he didn't have enough altitude to do anything else except crash in a controlled manner.
