Propane, fuel oil are usually the most expensive heat sources. Using electrical resistance heating is usually only slightly cheaper than propane or fuel oil.
Heat pump is much cheaper, but doesn't work when the power goes out.

Most expensive would be electricity generated locally from natural gas. Probably.
The alternative I had been considering (to heat 250 sq ft) is a one gallon sized auger-fed rocket stove and wood pellets.

Right now propane delivered is 1/2 the price of #2 delivered. And $15000 to buy a trench out 100 ft buys a s****pot full of propane. A powerwall will run a 1/2 hp propane fired heater for a week. A 2kw generator will ditto.

My current needs are met with one 1500W and one 700W oil-filled radiator[s] and one ceramic resistance heater that's 5" cubed.

Advagrid goes down in flames. The new mexico public regulatory commission votes unanimously to block the merger.

This ties into something I noticed after our communist governor was elected. She immediately started attacking the board members of the public regulatory commission like a rabid dog. Now we know why, she wanted and tried to put her own hand picked meat puppets on the board who would rubber stamp advagrids takeover.
She claimed that her hand picked board of public regulatory commissioners would "know what's best for newmexico". You know what was in it for citizens of new mexico, all those jerks get rich.
I knew she was lieing because her lips were moving, I just didn't know why.
I would bet money that advagrid helped finance her election.

If you read the NTSB incident report, John Denver couldn't reach for the fuel valve and if he had, wasn't able to turn it to the other tank while in flight.

All together now class, if you have been paying attention, how much gas did Denver have left in the plane when he took off for his last flight? Apparently Denver couldn't figure that out for himself. When the engine stopped, because of fuel starvation, Denver attempted to switch fuel tanks, in the process he had to take his right hand off the side stick and twist his body around to the left to reach the fuel valve handle. Since it was far behind his shoulder he pushed on the right rudder pedal to help twist his body to the left and the airplane rolled over to the right and dove into the bay.

If you know the date of the incident, the NTSB has a query function, BUT , your attachments have the bulk of the findings displayed and some i haven't seen before. However i am unsure if rudder was enough to dutch roll since the system wasn't interconnected. Right pedal only activated the right rudder outwards for yaw, ditto for left going only outwards. Airbrakes used both pedals like toebrakes. Torque trim could account for the hands off roll however as well as bumping the side stick on the arm rest.
He did have sufficient fuel in the other tank to return to dirtside. But he didn't have enough altitude to do anything else except crash in a controlled manner.
