That burned-out house sold the same day.
It said they placed no value on the house and were selling it for the value of the lot and utilities, so if you have the fire department demolish it for free, how much would it cost to haul away the debris?
When I looked into getting a construction loan the guy said lots were too expensive and I couldn't even afford it--unless I only did a one-bedroom.
Then I would be paying too much for a one-bedroom!
Actually...
What about a large one-bedroom, where everything is the same size as they would be for a 3-bedroom--and the roof is only one angle, facing the sun?
Zillow doesn't show any houses under $200,000. It showed this 14 mile away, though:

Cabin tucked away in the woods! This would be a perfect get-a-way! Needs a little TLC

The best thing that I can say about it is that it is 4.67 Acres, but it sounds like the only utilities they have is electricity. Water can be connected and it just says Heating: Wood stove.
The only high-speed Internet providers are satellite, with Viasat offering 50 Mbps for $150 a month, throttling after 100 GB.
They push that limit to 150 GB for $200 monthly.
Each of those involves a $13 monthly modem rental.
I have used 56 GB on my laptop and 39 GB on my desktop in the last 30 days.
I wonder how much of that was Zoom. I usually use my laptop for personal stuff and even paperwork for my jobs because it is faster.
This guy isn't impressed with StarLink:
