I tried to search for demolition removal in Show Low, but got Perkins Cinders, the place that delivered my mulch and gravel.

The house in Concho looks okay, but I would want to make many improvements, and since it is without proper heating, I would want to increase the insulation--on the outside, since it is already small, but I think that it would make more sense to squeeze a metal building into those 4-5 acres and use the existing building for a workshop.

Even for a workshop, it would need a lot of work.

This is a fixer-upper mobile home in-town on .27 acres, but how would I finance it?

At least the other one says owner may finance!

By the way, these are the legal requirements to turn a commercial shed into a tiny house in my county, but I am sure that my brother's SLP would have mentioned going through these hoops:
