Back in 2020 when I was furloughed, I had an issue with my Fusion and being its still under warranty I took it to the dealer for repair. They ended up giving me a Fusion hybrid as a loaner.
Being Eco minded, I reset the MPG gauge when I left the dealership. Drove if for 4 days, around 200 miles, when I took it back to pick up my car it was reading 44 MPG's.
Some city driving but I did go to my parents house which is 38 miles one way on back country roads with a 55 mph limit.
