Yes, those pesky HOA fees or mobile home lot fees as well as the rules that go with them. I like to work on my cars and I like to ham radio, which HOA's and lot landlords both hate. Like when the land lord stops and comes running, yelling, "You can't work on your car here!" as soon as I open the hood to just check the oil.
