It was a little bigger, they were asking $10,000 less, and it was in another neighborhood, but not much further away.
It just didn't look very nice.
It said it was a fixer-upper, but supposedly it was eligible for a conventional loan, so it was only cosmetic stuff?
There were definitely cosmetic problems!
I drove out and saw tons of problems.
As my friend said, all of them were fixable, I just didn't want to. She asked about the roof and I drove back, but it was already dark, and it turns out that you cannot really take pictures of roofs at night.
Trulia and Zillow both showed that it had been posted within 24 hours, but I had more difficulty pulling it up last night to show Mom, and I finally found 3 listings for it.
It looks like it was posted on the eleventh for $120,000, but didn't show up until the nineteenth.
It looks like someone offered $85,000 on the eleventh, and it was accepted, but that didn't show up until after I drove out the first time.
Who accepts 29% less the first day?!
Apparently the smurf house sold within 3 days, probably for more than 71% of the asking price.
I happened to notice they are fixing up the snork house. I couldn't find it through Zillow, so I found where I shared it.
Someone bought it around the beginning of November.
The first mobile home has now been for sale for 19 days.
