that is city mileage 100% our speed limits are 45-60mph Yes that does a number on the mpg stopping and going...

Also I think the v4 disable chip is causing issues unless I plug it in after putting it in drive gear...

when i started plug it in after putting it in drive the mpg went up slightly

the best I was able to do was 31.3mpg at 38mph 100% v8 mode on a 33miles round trip (Yes same pump)... that was with Perfect weather conditions i.e no wind...

It's always windy, you can tell when it gets 15mpg it's really windy

I have to swap out the O2 sensor I suspect it has a faulty one on bank2 sensor 1.... since it's slow to respond after a DFCO (deceleration fuel cutoff)

it reads ZERO (0.00v)on my OBD reader(while sensor 2 will show 0.160 for example) and slowly changes when i start going again (unless give it a good amount of throttle ) i had gotten P0420/p0430 in the past( faulty barometer sensor )

there will be random spikes with the o2 sensor readings in a DFCO event

This suv has aggressive DFCO no engine braking.(unless it's in 4 speed mode which has aggressive engine braking )
