How do i attach the under body kit to the SUV?

do i have to drill holes?

where do i get the materials? ABS plastic sheets?? what about heat?

Is there an opportunity to pass Zip ties around anything?

A local source would be Multi-craft Plastics. Don't know about your area.

Can you get a Zip tie around the frame?

I'd estimate 4" apart around the perimeter and 12" apart in the field. Wouldn't want it falling off.

yeah i'm sure it would destroy the unobtanium drive shaft if anything fell off No expense spared attaching it

40 mpg at 60 mph? What are you getting now?

I'm interested to see what you do. I want to do something similar to my sequoia.

Fuel log says high teens. EPA estimates are about 20 MPG.

that is city mileage 100% our speed limits are 45-60mph Yes that does a number on the mpg stopping and going...

Also I think the v4 disable chip is causing issues unless I plug it in after putting it in drive gear...

when i started plug it in after putting it in drive the mpg went up slightly

the best I was able to do was 31.3mpg at 38mph 100% v8 mode on a 33miles round trip (Yes same pump)... that was with Perfect weather conditions i.e no wind...

It's always windy, you can tell when it gets 15mpg it's really windy

I have to swap out the O2 sensor I suspect it has a faulty one on bank2 sensor 1.... since it's slow to respond after a DFCO (deceleration fuel cutoff)

it reads ZERO (0.00v)on my OBD reader(while sensor 2 will show 0.160 for example) and slowly changes when i start going again (unless give it a good amount of throttle ) i had gotten P0420/p0430 in the past( faulty barometer sensor )

there will be random spikes with the o2 sensor readings in a DFCO event

This suv has aggressive DFCO no engine braking.(unless it's in 4 speed mode which has aggressive engine braking )

If you can get 40 mpg at 60mph in a Tahoe that would be awesome. But I have doubts about getting there. I get about 42mpg in the Avalon hybrid at that speed, it's 2/3 the weight, 20 inches shorter in height, has a much more curved shape, already has under body aero panels and has a 4 cyinder engine.

Wind also has very little effect on fuel mileage. Same with city driving. I drove all over Denver last weekend and got 43mpg in the city traffic.

these batteries are the original it's almost time to replace... I can only go like a 100 ft to a block even though it's rated for 1-2 miles in EV mode

i think it would be easier to put a ultra low air dam??? like 3in off the ground?
